For the third year in a row, Grant Street Elementary School's library was open one day per week in the summer to any child, regardless of district enrollment, thanks to the Just Right for You program. That program is designed to introduce preschoolers to early reading concepts and to keep K-5 students from falling behind.
"Families were very pleased to see agencies working together and combining resources in this way, and it's been a blast, frankly," said Mary Sepler, Grant Street's interim principal.
